We provide athletes with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to grow both on and off the field. From skill development and strength training to recruiting support and professional connections, our academy is committed to helping players reach the next level of their baseball journey.

Private Hitting lessons

Private hitting lessons provide one-on-one instruction focused on improving a player’s swing, mechanics, and confidence in the batter’s box. Each lesson is tailored to the athlete’s individual goals and skill level while using advanced technology like Rapsodo to track performance, analyze progress, and help players develop consistency at the plate.

Private pitching lessons

Private pitching sessions are designed to help athletes refine their delivery, improve command, and develop stronger overall performance on the mound. Training is customized to each player’s age, experience, and goals while incorporating Rapsodo technology to measure pitch data, monitor development, and provide detailed feedback. Players will focus on arm care, pitch efficiency, mechanics, and building the confidence needed to compete at a higher level.

CAREER GUIDANCE

Our Career Guidance program helps athletes navigate their path to the next level, whether their goal is playing college baseball or pursuing professional opportunities. We provide support with recruiting, player development, exposure opportunities, and connecting athletes with the right resources to help them succeed. Our staff is dedicated to helping players and families better understand the process while creating a plan built around each athlete’s goals and future.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Our Strength Training programs are designed to help athletes improve overall performance, increase durability, and build sport-specific strength. Each plan is tailored to the player’s age, goals, and skill level with a focus on speed, mobility, power, conditioning, and injury prevention. Athletes will follow structured workouts that support long-term development both on and off the field.
